Beauty N Treats is an online-based business located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, offering Korean beauty products, pickles, chocolates, sweet treats and selected complementary products.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product names, descriptions, prices, images, sizes and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

- Product packaging may change from time to time.
- Actual product colour or appearance may vary slightly from images due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
- Availability may change without prior notice.
- Manufacturer packaging or formulation may occasionally be updated.
Customers are encouraged to review the product description before placing an order.
3. Product Authenticity
Beauty N Treats sources its products from trusted suppliers and makes reasonable efforts to ensure the authenticity and quality of the products we sell.
For Korean beauty products, packaging may vary depending on the manufacturer, production batch or market version.
4. Prices & Availability
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
If a pricing or inventory error occurs, we reserve the right to contact the customer before processing the order or cancel the affected order.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, the customer will be informed accordingly.
5. Orders
An order placed through our website, social media or other available channels is considered a request to purchase.
We reserve the right to confirm or decline an order where necessary due to:
- Product unavailability.
- Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
- Pricing or inventory errors.
- Suspicious or fraudulent order activity.
- Other reasonable operational circumstances.
6. Payment
We currently accept:
- Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Nagad
- Visa / Mastercard
- Bank Transfer
Additional charges may apply to certain mobile banking or payment methods. Any applicable charge will be communicated to the customer before payment/confirmation.
7. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before the order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For prepaid orders, any approved refund will be processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.
8. Delivery
We deliver throughout Bangladesh.
Estimated delivery time:
- Dhaka: 1–3 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, transportation issues, courier delays, incorrect addresses or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
9. Checking Your Order at Delivery
Customers are strongly advised to inspect the package in the presence of the delivery agent.
If the package appears damaged, opened, tampered with, or if you receive an obviously incorrect product, please notify the delivery agent and contact Beauty N Treats immediately.
For eligible complaints, customers may be required to provide clear photographs or videos of the package and product.
10. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Due to hygiene, safety and food-quality considerations, certain beauty and food products may not be eligible for return once opened, used or consumed.
11. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing:
- Correct name.
- Active phone number.
- Complete delivery address.
- Correct product/quantity information where applicable.
Beauty N Treats cannot be held responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
