Beauty N Treats delivers products throughout Bangladesh.
1. Delivery Coverage
We currently offer delivery to:
- Dhaka
- All districts outside Dhaka
Delivery availability may depend on courier service coverage and the customer's complete delivery address.
2. Estimated Delivery Time

These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery deadlines.
3. When Does Delivery Time Start?
Delivery time generally begins after the order has been confirmed and prepared for dispatch.
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays or outside our normal processing hours may require additional processing time.
4. Delivery Charges
Applicable delivery charges will be communicated/displayed during the ordering process or before order confirmation.
Additional charges may apply for certain payment methods, where applicable.
5. Accurate Delivery Information
Customers must provide:
- Full name
- Active phone number
- Complete address
- Area/thana
- District
- Any useful delivery instructions
Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delivery delays or failed delivery.
6. Checking the Package
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect the package in front of the delivery agent before accepting the order.
If the package is visibly damaged, opened, tampered with or contains an obvious wrong item, please notify the delivery agent immediately and contact us.
7. Failed Delivery
If delivery fails because the customer:
- Provides an incorrect address,
- Provides an unreachable phone number,
- Is unavailable after repeated attempts,
- Refuses delivery without an eligible reason,
additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery, and the order may be cancelled where appropriate.
8. Courier Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Public holidays
- Weather conditions
- Traffic
- Natural disasters
- Courier operational issues
- Incorrect customer information
- Unforeseen circumstances
We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers in case of significant delivery delays.
9. Delivery Confirmation
Once the courier confirms successful delivery, the order may be considered delivered.
Customers should retain the product/package until they have confirmed that everything is correct.
